अब ज़रा सोचिए — इन वाक्यों में कौन से शब्द ऐसे हैं जो किसी व्यक्ति, वस्तु या स्थान की विशेषता बता रहे हैं?

जो शब्द noun की विशेषता बताते हैं, वे ही Adjective (विशेषण) कहलाते हैं।

🔹Adjective की परिभाषा | Definition of Adjective

"An Adjective is a word that describes a noun or pronoun – it tells us about its quality, quantity, number, or type."

विशेषण वह शब्द होता है जो किसी संज्ञा या सर्वनाम की विशेषता बताता है — जैसे उसका गुण, संख्या, परिमाण आदि।

##Kinds of Adjectives | विशेषण के प्रकार--

Adjectives can be classified into different types based on what they describe.

1️⃣ Adjective of Quality | गुणवाचक विशेषण-

यह noun के गुण, स्वभाव या प्रकार को बताता है।

It tells the kind or nature of a noun.

2️⃣ Adjective of Quantity | परिमाणवाचक विशेषण-

यह परिमाण दर्शाता है – कितनी मात्रा में कुछ है (uncountable nouns के लिए)।
